A private pool in the shade of old Banyan tree can be seen from living are. The entire villa is fitted with elegant wooden furniture that gives a classy feel.

All guests or visitors have to provide ID and if the stay is more than 4 hours then charges of rupees 500 per person for facility utilization up to maximum villa occupancy (more to be approved in advance)
Security Deposit
A security deposit of Rupees 20,000 is collected during check-in which is refunded during check-out
Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance
If cancellation is done 30 days prior to arrival, guests are subject to a full refund. (except long weekends and peak dates).
If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to arrival, a credit note is provided in the case of resale at the same rate and if the rate is less, then the difference is deducted from the credit note.
