The spacious living areas have comfortable sofas, elegant furnishings and large windows that frame stunning views of the beach. The living area has seating arrangements to accommodate ten guests and has a Tv, AC and music system. It also has a CCTV camera for security purposes.
Villa Isa has a dining room, with a dining table that seats eighteen people. This Villa also has a terrace providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the breathtaking ocean views.
Outside there is a beautiful and well maintained lawn overlooking the beach with ample seating area. There is a swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or enjoy the beautiful sunset.
The heart of the villa lies in its ten thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each a private sanctuary of comfort and style. With plush beds, tasteful decor, and expansive views, every room promises a restful retreat for all guests.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor with two twin beds, a cupboard and an air conditioner. It also has an attached balcony and an ensuite bathroom with all the toiletries.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor with attached balconies overlooking the beach. Both the bedrooms have queen size beds, ACs, wardrobes and attached bathrooms with all the toiletries necessary during your stay.
Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, all of which have attached bathrooms, AC, cupboards and queen size beds. They also have attached balconies with beautiful views.
On the third floor, there are three more bedrooms with attached balconies overlooking the beach. Both the bedrooms have queen size beds, ACs, wardrobes and attached bathrooms with all the toiletries necessary during your stay.
There is one spacious bedroom on the fourth floor with two single beds, an attached bathroom with all the necessary toiletries, an Ac, a cupboard as well as an attached balcony with a beautiful view of the beach.
There are 10 attached bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

ID
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Confirmation Policy
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.
- For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
- If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be considered non-refundable.

Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
