Check-in & Check-out
– Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
– Check-out: 11:00 AM
– Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and applicable charges.
Room Occupancy
– Standard Rooms: Maximum occupancy of 2 adults + 1 child.
– Family Rooms: Maximum occupancy of 3 adults + 1 child, with an extra mattress provided as applicable.
Property Rules & Regulations
– Swimming costumes are mandatory for all guests using the swimming pool. Guests will not be permitted to use the pool without appropriate swimwear.
– Swimming pool usage is subject to the property’s safety guidelines and designated timings.
– Possession or use of narcotic/illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the property premises.
– Any damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or other assets will be assessed and charged accordingly.
– Loud music/noise is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM, as per Goa State Law about sound pollution.
– Guests are requested to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the property throughout their stay.
Security Deposit
– A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
– The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection of the villa and confirmation that there are no damages, missing items, or outstanding charges.
Booking & Payment Terms
– 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
– The remaining 50% balance payment must be settled at the time of arrival/check-in.
– The reservation will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
Amendment Policy
– Any amendment to the booking dates, number of guests, room category, or meal plan must be requested in writing and will be subject to availability.
– Amendments are subject to the applicable rate difference and availability.
– Any reduction in room nights or booking value may be treated as a partial cancellation and will be governed by the applicable cancellation policy.
– Changes requested within the cancellation period may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability and applicable charges.
– Once the guest has checked in, any changes to the booking will be subject to availability and applicable charges.
Cancellation Policy
– All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be considered effective only after acknowledgement by the company
– 7 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
– Within 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
– Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date: No refund will be applicable.
– No-show: No refund will be applicable.
