As you enter the villa you will be stunned by the aesthetic decor of the villa. The living area is fully air conditioned and is perfectly decorated considering the aesthetics. It is well equipped with all the essentials with a television to not miss onto your favorite shows. You can enjoy quality time here with your friends and family. It gives you access to the beautiful view of the swimming pool and the outdoor seating area. From the living area you can enter the outdoor seating area or take a dip into the private swimming pool. The outdoor seating area is equipped with a six seater dining table to enjoy your morning breakfast after you soak yourself in the pool.
Just adjacent to the living area, you have the bar area wherein you can enjoy your favourite mocktails or cocktails and neighboring it is the well furnished kitchen equipped with all the basic amenities such as a kettle to boil water for your hot beverages, toaster to toast bread for sandwiches, a double door refrigerator, a microwave to warm your food and an electric induction stove. You also get a six seater dining table so that you can savour your meals with your group.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor, is fully air conditioned and has an aesthetic ambience. It is a fully equipped bedroom with a double bed, side tables, wardrobe and an attached bathroom. This room gives you access to the pool area. The attached bathroom comes equipped with all the basic toiletries.
The second floor can be accessed through the staircases which are connected internally. Next to the staircases, there is a powder room so you can quickly freshen up. As you move up the stairs you are provided an ironing board with a well-maintained flat iron to keep your clothes wrinkle or crease free.
Both the bedrooms on the second floor are fully air conditioned and equipped with basic amenities such as a double sized bed, wardrobe, side tables, and attached bathrooms. One of the rooms is a master bedroom which comes with a huge dressing space. One of these attached bathrooms has a bathtub so you can have a relaxing hot water bath here.

Security Deposit
Security deposit of 20k will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 72 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance

- If you face any problems related to the property after check-in, then please report it to the local representative of the property owner.
- Age group: This place is meant for a calm & soothing getaway for families, we shall prefer families and married couple’s group, office gatherings only. We have other villas too where we can accommodate events/parties, perfect for bachelors.
- Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.
Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities. - Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however we respect our caretakers’ and their working hours. Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.
- We can arrange a chef for extra charge who can help with delicious food for the other two meals of the day.
- Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
- The property holds the right to cancel any bookings if needed.
Right of admission is absolutely reserved by the property owner. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. - No refunds will be made for any damages done to your personal appliances due to voltage fluctuations.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
Grace Period:
Guests may cancel for free provided that:
- (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and
- (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
