The bedroom has a king size bed, an air conditioner, a wardrobe and some seating arrangements with elegant furnishings. This bedroom also has an attached balcony with stunning views.
The fourth bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with all the necessary toiletries, a king size bed, an air conditioner, a wardrobe and some seating arrangements with beautiful furnishings. This bedroom also has an attached balcony.
The fifth bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom with all the necessary toiletries, a king size bed, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, some seating arrangements as well as an attached balcony.
Each bedroom of this villa can occupy up to three people with an extra mattress.. There is an additional powder room also present in the living room. The bathrooms have geysers so you can get hot water. Towels and toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

Occupancy
The Standard occupancy is 10 guests and the maximum occupancy is 15 guests (Each guest above standard occupancy is subject to additional charges)
Pet Policy
Pets require prior approval and pet fees will be charged.
The responsibility of the pet is of the personal and the guest should make sure that the property is not spoilt by the pet. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged accordingly.
Noise
Use of loud music near is prohibited after 10 pm
ID
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
Security Deposit
Security deposit will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 72 hours after check out.
Guests should make sure that there is no damage caused to the property or the amenities/appliances provided. If in case of damage caused, the amount deposited would be deducted for the same.
*Other Policies
- We or the property owner are in no way responsible for any failure or falling short of utilities like power or water supply or any acts of nature or major mechanical or electrical issues that would affect your living at the property. No refunds will be provided for the same.
- Guests can use all amenities and facilities in and around the property but at their own responsibility. If any damage is done to the property or the amenities then the guest is liable to pay for it.
- If you face any problems related to the property after check-in, then please report it to the local representative of the property owner.
- Right of admission is absolutely reserved by the property owner. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed.
- Guests shall not cause any nuisance to the neighbors.
- Smoking and Consumption/possession of drugs is strictly prohibited. If drugs are found, the stay will be terminated and a police complaint will be lodged against the guests.
- Contaminating the pool in any way possible would result to a minimum fine of INR 15,000.
- House parties, receptions, birthday parties and any such events which are not pre mentioned will be fined. Alcohol consumption is permitted, but the person should be above the age of 25.
- Standard check in time is 1:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am unless confirmed earlier. Incase guest do not follow the above check out timings, then additional fine may be applicable as per Hireavilla terms. If check out is delayed, a) Fine of INR 4,000 for 2 hours. b) Fine of INR 10,000 for 5 hours. c) Fine of 1 day’s payment for 6 hours and above.
- No refunds will be made for any damages done to your personal appliances due to voltage fluctuations.
In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount a)
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 75% refund to the customer
b ) Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – 40% refund to the customer
c) Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund to the customer
Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

For a group of 12 trying to get a breather from the bustling city life for a few days , we couldn’t have asked more. Located in the serene, yet easily accessible pocket of Goa , in Saipem, this was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding green hills it has to offer, from the huge pool , especially during Sunset. There is constant sense of relaxation to the house, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and beautiful rustic interiors. Special mention to the housekeeping and cooking staff, Abhijeet, Amit & Rohit, who went out of their way to fulfill our every demand and made the trip even more memorable with great breakfast and lunch they prepared, on request. The pictures don’t do half the justice to the place that it actually is. I highly recommend Cliff house villa, be it with family or a group of friends, for i assure you, you would not be disappointed. There is a lot of thought put in to this place, and i would like to thank and congratulate Saagar for the fantastic job he has done to help create wonderful memories for travelers like us.
Highly recommend this place for family and friends to come and just chill. The property is located on a secluded private hill and close by to Candolim street for any shopping. About a 10min drive to candolim beach and 12 min drive to coco beach which is a nice shallow beach. Highly recommend to purchase groceries and use the in house amenities. The entire villa is well maintained with 24/7 security and staff to help around . The place is constantly being cleaned by the staff, suggest you to speak to Sagar and plan the meals so that the cook is aware of what has to be made . The Cook hire cost was a little too high but if quality was provided don’t mind paying that extra cost too .
With the pandemic keeping us in our home in Mumbai we decided to move to Goa for a month and a half and had a great time there. The swimming pool was amazing for the children, waking up in the morning looking out over the lush green of Goa was fantastic and we enjoyed the closeness to some of the great beaches and good restaurants of Goa. Internet was great (300mbps) for the whole family to continue school and work from home in lockdown and we very much enjoyed the service provided by the Hire a Villa team and the staff of the house. They have made our stay a great experience.

Our stay in goa was great! House was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was great having our own pool with a view, and the popular spots weren’t too far of a drive. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind! We opted for breakfasts prepared by the cook, and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay again!!
Saagars villa was amazing and we couldn’t have enjoyed staying there more. The staff were extremely helpful and the villa had all the amenities required. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it in spite of the goa monsoon. We would definitely recommend this villa to any large group looking for a fun vacation.

Overall the stay was absolutely amazing. It is a beautiful property with super helpful staff and team.
They were able to accomodate all our food and grocieries requests very kindly.
The pool and jacuzzi were definitely a highlight.
They also helped arrange sheesha and barbecue in the house which was a lot of fun.
The place is definitely recommended for a large group.
It is certainly one of the best properties you could stay in Goa.
Few minor issues were that wifi was not working due to some fibre cable issue but the team was able to get it fixed the next day.
There are glass walls in the rooms which open up to the balcony however we couldnt really shut them close so lots of centipedes would enter the house as it was rainy season.
Other than that, we had no complaints at all. We would love to come back and stay in that villa next time.

Great stay and experience
Excellent service provided by the team. Especially the people at the villa ( bhasker and his colleagues). Chef Vijay is top notch. We highly recommend this place.
Lovely villa with spacious living and bed rooms. Has a lovely pool and entertainment area. We were a group of 13 with kids, adults and seniors and we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff was beyond excellent and served us really yummy food and ensured our stay was great. The only thing which needs to be called out is there are about 15 ish steps from where you park to the main entrance which was a bit of an issue with the seniors in the group. Overall a lovely villa for a large group.
