As you enter the gated property, you will find enough parking space, making it easy for everyone to arrive comfortably. The villa welcomes you with green surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. 

The first space to witness upon arrival is a spacious garden with river views and some seating. Take the stairs that lead you to the floor down taking you to the insides of the villa. Voila! You have entered the spacious living room.

The living room features plush sofas, television, some furnishings, and an attached balcony. There is no air-conditioner in this room but the gentle river breeze fills in the room and offers instant coolness. Adjacent is a small pantry with a refrigerator too.

Then we have the very first bedroom of our villa with a double bed, side tables, wardrobe, air-conditioner, seating arrangement, an attached balcony with river views, and a private bathroom with basic toiletries and a bathtub.

Our second and third bedrooms are next to each other and have similar amenities such as a double bed, air-conditioner, side tables, wardrobe, some seating, ensuite bathroom, and balconies overlooking the river and the pool.

Downstairs are the rest four bedrooms, a pantry with fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lobby with an attached balcony.

The fourth bedroom features plush double bed, some furnishings, air-conditioner, attached balcony with river sights, and a bathroom of its own with a bathtub.

Whereas the fifth, sixth, and seventh bedrooms are adjacent to each other and have similar designs such as a double bed, seating and storage, air-conditioner, ensuite bathrooms, and attached balconies.

It also has a dining area with a bar space on the other side of the villa with amazing views of the river. The private swimming pool is large and perfect for larger groups, surrounded by greenery and river sights.
