Hands down, one of my best stays in recent times. Would definitely revisit this location again. The property manager Mr.Rohin was amazing. Thanks to him everything we asked for was available at doorstep. We had a great weekend!

Amazing place if you are looking for beach front property right in the heart of Anjuna. I would recommend this place if you are in Goa with group of friends.
we had a pleasent stay at the beach villa.
the place suited us well since it was close to the beach and had a direct access to it. it’s next to a couple of beach shacks which provide for a variety of drink and food .
The interiors of the house are well made and give a pleasant and positive vibe. Access to the place was also quite easy.
the housekeepers are a bit untrained at handling guests,they are not bad but coule have been better.
Had a good time at this property for 3 nights. The villa was as it was described and best place to party with friends. This is in-between a pub Cafe Lilliput and a newly opened restaurant. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and hosts are super helpful. Pool is just 20 steps away from the rooms and from there beach is 5 steps. Private pool and beach access at any time of the day would be the highlight of this place. Anjuna beach gets crowded during the evenings. If you do not have any other activities planned you can just watch people. Water sports is just 50 steps away from the beach. Kayaks are available for rent just in front of this place. Pls. be aware the sea gets rough after noon so its advisable to do kayaking in mornings. Pool is clean and there is a lengthy water hose also if you want more fun. Pool and outside area can be made a bit cleaner but it wont bother you. The other highlight was the service provided by the caretakers. Two of them just stay outside the villa near the entrance and are always available at your service 24*7. You can ask them for all things or help you need and they would be happy to help you out. Bahadur was one of them and was very cooperative, softspoken and provided us breakfast, tea and coffee(whenever we wanted). Things can be brought in quickly given an hours time by them so plan accordingly. You get everything over here. We also got out food cooked by the chef for one time during the day. The cook and the food was also amazing. No need to worry about hotel foods and their higene. Also you get hookah to smoke and seaside dinner dinner at Cafe Lilliput. We did not visit this pub as they were asking for huge entry fee and it was less crowded. Dont miss walking on the seashore around midnight and the sunset view.
Note for those travelling with family or with elders: This place is a party place. The pub next to this villa Cafe Lilliput plays loud trance mix all thru the night which can be heard in the bedrooms. This property is not suitable for those who are looking for quiet time by the pool/sea. Quiet time is from 6am to around 10/11am only 🙂

For an additional charge they provide a private chef as well , it’s not to be missed .
Terrific place in a fabulous location close to the beach. We loved the ambience, enjoyed the pool and the sunrise/ sunset walks by the beach. Breakfast options provided by the caretakers were terrific. Highly recommend Villa Goa for a vacation stay.
This is an amazing property and we had a great stay here. The location was perfect and the beach facing private pool was the highlight of our stay. Caretakers were great too and they cooked us some really good meals.
