Internet Connectivity – Please note that internet connection is provided by a third party. We take utmost care to ensure that it’s working in good conditions throughout.
But at times due to various reasons such as the weather changes or government department works, there may be internet connectivity breakdowns. In such cases, we cannot guarantee internet access 24/7 during your stay as it is out of our control. For things that are under our control in terms of internet connection, we will make sure that they are taken care of.
If cancellation is done 30 days prior to arrival, guests are subject to a full refund. (except long weekends and peak dates).
If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to arrival, a credit note is provided in the case of resale at the same rate and if the rate is less, then the difference is deducted from the credit note.

Pranays team was really responsive and took care of all our needs including allowing flexible check in times and other adhoc requests. The place itself is at a really nice location with beautiful views.

I suggest that you will love villa more then any hotel
One of the best stays in Goa! It’s got everything from a kitchen to a pool! Rooms, Pool and everything else is very well maintained! There’s a maid who comes in everyday to clean and wipe the whole place down! It’s a duplex penthouse with a decent view and an awesome pool! The property is located in a very decent locality and beaches are within a few mins of drive!
Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the property manager! There’s security 24/7 and best part is the power back up, It’s almost instant!

Private Pool Luxury Penthouse Sky Villa Goa is one of the best Villa property in North Goa.
It’s a 3BHK penthouse with private pool and balconies attached with every room and kitchen.
This penthouse is having pretty decent interiors and mesmerising views from the balconies.
You can get the view of lush green forest from the infinity edge private pool.
This property is also having a huge common pool which can be accessed by guests till 5-6 in the evening.
We had a wonderful stay here when we went to goa. A perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the beauty of goa. Would like to specially thank Bernice who was our host during our stay. She was always available and receptive to us. And she helped organise everything for us. We definitely had a hassle free vacation all thanks to her. With the beautiful view from the private pool and the comfortable luxuries of the villa, this is a definite recommend!!
The best part of this penthouse is the private swimming pool. It is a fully furnished PH, included with a fridge, a microwave and a gas connection (You need to confirm it prior) as well.
Every morning the housekeepers clean the PH and utensils. They also clean the swimming pool on our request.
Amazing place to stay…however it is little inside and away from main attractions. Try go get penthouse..it was wonderful experience
