We stayed for 10 nights in January 2026. The place was very nice with good amenities. The beach is about 15 minutes walk, but fortunately the place it far enough away from the Main Street through Candolim that it’s not too noisy. Well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a washing machine. Nice sitting area and dining space downstairs.

we were a group of four people but the Villa had a capacity of 7 and we actually invited other friends because there was enough space for them to also stay there, the stay was very pleasant and the property is located in a very serene green space. the swimming pool was also very nice and their little restrictions so we were able to enjoy till late night without any issues, and honestly speaking the stay was 10 times better than resorts and hotels. the housekeeping crew also very helpful, and miss gauri too. Thanks, I believe we will be coming again 😁

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist.
To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we’re back home.
Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!
Its a very good house feels like home in our 8 days stay. Really enjoyed the stay. Room was very clean and caretaker was very helpful.
Stayed here in peak Monsoon August. The property is a little old on the outside, but exceptionally maintained on the inside. The villa is inside a gated community, just interior enough to be free of any bustle from the main road and and still walkable enough from great restaurants and other businesses. There are a few car/bike rentals just adjacent to the property, so there’s no need to hunt around. The property is listed to accomodate 7, but I think 5 is the ideal size for this.
Ramesh Bhai has been very helpful, constantly following up before we checked in and available right next door if we faced any issues. He coordinated with the rental service and arranged vehicles for our trip.
The only real problem we faced was the internet, I hope this will be fixed soon. The wifi connection is rather weak and ancient. Do not expect to be working from here for the time being.

One word. Perfect stay. Its a beautiful villa in a peaceful society with all the amenities nearby from renting bike to cafes for brunch. Candolim beach is the nearest one ie 5 mins bike ride.
Our caretaker Gauri was always available on call and in person as well whenever required. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.
We stayed for 5 nights and house was cleaned everyday which is very rare in airbnb.
Property was clean and well maintained. Parking space was provided. Swimming pool was clean although it can get crowded sometimes because lot of people use it. Overall a good stay.

The property was nice and clean, had spacious living room. It was clean but bear in mind its slightly old and give you more of homestay vibe rather than hotel. Host and caretaker were very proactive in fixing some mechanical issue when we checked-in. Right next to car and bike rental. 15-20 mins walk from beach and some amazing restaurants on the way. It is good for big group of friends and family. The pool was clean and available for use. Would definitely recommend for stay.

The villa was really spacious and was well equipped with all the necessary things, I would definitely recommend it, if you plan to stay in north goa – candolim, all in all connectivity to all the beaches n all is also pretty much sorted!
