This villa has a beautiful and lavish living room, with sofas and chairs that accommodate 12 people comfortably. It is air conditioned and is the perfect place to relax and spend time with everyone. For a throwback to the good old days of indoor gaming, the villa offers a mini indoor gaming area with a table tennis and pool table.
It also has a dining area with a dining table that seats 12 people with white lights and light hues that ensure you enjoy all your meals in a luxurious ambiance. It also has an equipped kitchen with modern facilities and amenities so that you can prepare your favourite food with convenience and ease.
This villa also has a mini library, stocked with a variety of books, and a cosy and comfy seating area for uninterrupted reading. It also has a mini theatre, equipped with a Smart Television, air conditioning, and bean bag chairs for a luxurious entertainment experience.
The villa’s six bedrooms with attached bathrooms are located on the ground floor and on the second floor. Each bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a locker, a television and an air conditioner. Some offer beach views, while others overlook the garden.

All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

Security Deposit
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Smoking near the pool and the deck is prohibited.
- Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed.
- Hookah is not allowed indoors.
- Footwear is not allowed in the villa.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.
- For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
- If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.

One of the best villa stays we have ever had in goa. The beach was right across the road. Aclub level audio system in the living room. A 95 inch tv in the home theatre. A 3 bed spa room inside a villa. Fabulous. Super clean rooms. Extremely good staff. Great breakfast cooked for us and coffees were also cafe standard. Great show Vista!
