The Standard occupancy is 8 guests and the maximum occupancy is 12 guests (Each guest above standard occupancy is subject to additional charges)

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

ID
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

Security Deposit
A ​​refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

Confirmation Policy
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• Please note that there are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms.
• Please note that the car does not go all the way to the villa. Guests will have to park their vehicles at a 1 minute walking distance from the villa.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans, a few plug points, and the TV socket for up to 8 hours.
• Mobile networks like Jio & Airtel work fairly well here.
• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the same property but is available on call whenever needed.
• There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Guests below the age of 21 are not allowed to book the property.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
• Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.
• For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
• If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.

*Please note

Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
