Pets require prior approval and are chargeable (need to inform in advance about the breed, age, and weight of your pet)
Noise Policy
No noise after 9:00 pm

All guests or visitors have to provide ID and if the stay is more than 4 hours then charges of rupees 500 per person for facility utilization up to maximum villa occupancy (more to be approved in advance)
Security Deposit
A security deposit of Rupees 20,000 is collected during check-in which is refunded during check-out
Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance
If cancellation is done:
- before 30 days – full refund
- 29 to 15 days – credit note in case of resale
- less than 15 days – non-refundable
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling 10 percent of the booking value is retained
