You are just 7 simple steps away from a memorable vacation in hand picked villas in Goa.

Step 1.

Please fill and submit on-line enquiry form/ drop us email or dial our office (10 am to 8 pm ) to get a quotation/.Please mention dates, number of people and approximate budget per night . We will get back to you with availability and prices for matching properties.

Step 2.

Within few hours you will receive an offer with available and suitable properties. Please go through it and let us know if there are any questions. You can discuss options with co travelers or family members, but remember, that all offers are subject to availability and same property might be offered to someone else. NO booking is confirmed before receiving advance payment.

Step 3.

Once you make a decision on the best suitable offer, please reconfirm availability/ required advance and go ahead with the payment. Please go through our terms and conditions for luxury property or for deluxe property before making advance payment. Please note, that If you make an advance payment towards your reservation, it means that you agreed to mentioned terms and conditions.

Step 4.

We allow 24 hours from the date of your reservation for the money to reach us. if we don’t not receive any payment within this time, we will automatically release your reservation for other bookings. If for any reason payment is delayed, please coordinate with our manager on the same

Step 5.

On receipt of advance payment we will send you a final confirmation of your booking with all necessary details. Few days before arrival our manager will contact you to confirm arrival time and any requirement /arrangements.

Step 6.

Refund policy is as follows:

  • Peak dates non refundable
  • For cancellation 30 days in advance full refund
  • For cancellation less than 30 days if we get a booking for the same dates then credit note for full amount will be issued.
  • If villa remains vacant on cancelled dates then no refund.
  • If we take a booking on less value then original cancelled reservation then difference will be deducted and balance amount will be issued as credit note.
  • Credit note is valid for one year and fully transferable and can be used at any of our exclusive properties.
