Timings
Check-in time is 2:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00 am

Occupancy
Standard Occupancy is 8 guests. Maximum 10 guests. (Extra guests above standard occupancy are chargeable;- Rupees 2000 per person per night with additional mattress)

The price for the villa is based on the number of guests and the ages shared at the time of booking and payment. No additional guests are allowed to stay at the property without prior confirmation from the management.

If extra guests are found staying without approval, additional charges will apply, or the booking may be cancelled immediately. In such cases, guests will be required to vacate the property and no refund will be provided.

Please note that each villa has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be strictly adhered to.

Kids Policy
Free stay for children below 7 years of age

Pet Policy
Pets require prior approval and are chargeable (need to inform in advance about the breed, age, and weight of your pet)

Noise Policy
No noise after 9:00 pm

Linen
Linen is changed after 3 days

ID
All guests or visitors have to provide ID and if the stay is more than 4 hours then charges of rupees 500 per person for facility utilization up to maximum villa occupancy (more to be approved in advance)

Security Deposit
A ​​security deposit of Rupees 10,000 is collected during check-in which is refunded during check-out

Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance

Pests – Goa is known and loved for its lush greenery and surroundings. As a result, insects, geckos, ants, and other small creatures are a natural and important part of it.

You might come across them around the garden, pool, and at the premise.

While we do our best to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, it’s not possible to completely eliminate them.

If you have a strong fear of insects or bugs, please let us know in advance, so we can take extra care to make your stay more comfortable.

Internet Connectivity – Please note that internet connection is provided by a third party. We take utmost care to ensure that it’s working in good conditions throughout.

But at times due to various reasons such as the weather changes or government department works, there may be internet connectivity breakdowns. In such cases, we cannot guarantee internet access 24/7 during your stay as it is out of our control. For things that are under our control in terms of internet connection, we will make sure that they are taken care of.

If cancellation is done 30 days prior to arrival, guests are subject to a full refund. (except long weekends and peak dates).

If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to arrival, a credit note is provided in the case of resale at the same rate and if the rate is less, then the difference is deducted from the credit note.
