I stayed with my family of three kids and all of them had a wonderful time at the pool.Das was very polite and did help us at every front. Villa is located in a suburb that looks a little unsafe as we travel thru and its difficult for cars to enter without support from Das . A skilled driver is definitely needed to pass thru the roads. Pool is not ad big as in photos but was well maintained. Beds are average. It feels like an old property , needs renovation.
Extremely good place it 2 couples are visiting as place is good for 2 couples. Rest of the 2 rooms are too small rooms and host doesn’t care if you are not comfortable with two smaller rooms. Caretaker Das is really a good person, but you can choose this place only if 2 couples are visiting. Walkable 2min from beach, which is also a plus
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. A beautiful place with comfortable rooms and required amenities. Villa was well maintained and hygienic. A nice pool with a small shack next to it is the party combination. The beach being within walking distance was the icing on the cake. The helper was also very responsive and helpful. He was a great host. Overall a place worth staying.

Das and Gautam took really good care of us. The food they cook was very delicious. We loved the entire experience of staying there with kids. Highly recommend it!
Didn’t fully understand the listing – we weren’t aware that 2 staff members live there too- out back, so still private. But not what we really wanted. Kitchen has no oven or stove, so can’t really cook for yourselves. Breakfast is provided, but would have preferred to be able to be on our own.
All beds were actually really uncomfortable.
House is lovely though; garden and seating area is stunning. Location is perfect with direct access to beach.
I can HIGHLY recommend this place!! We were a big family (three generations) and it was perfect for our time in Goa. It is exactly as described in the listing. It is a beautiful property very close to the beach but incredibly private. The staff on-site were amazing. They helped us with any requests and prepared several amazing meals for us. We can’t wait to book it again on our next stay in Goa!

Lovely weekend stay for Diwali. Close walking proximity to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely added bonus to have a private swimming pool and sun terrace. Das was the ultimate host at the property. Always on hand to assist and cook a delicious breakfast each morning. Thank you.

The caretaker and the chef were extremely welcoming and very helpful. They cleaned the room very nicely and helped us with our laundry. They were also very understanding and would help with the parking and coming and going out from the villa at any hour, literally at any time. Overall a great place to stay

The highlight of the stay has to be the The “Chef” Gautam, anything you want he will get it done and leave you in awe of his culinary skills.
I would just go back to eat the food, the property is a BIG yes from me and my friends.
A Paradise within Paradise. I’ll get the only negative point out the way first, it is a bit tricky to find the location, do not underestimate hosts warnings about the roads being a tight fit. I regard myself as a very competent driver, but I still managed to scratch the vehicle after becoming a bit over confident and doing so without the assistance available. Das and Goutham however are always on hand to help guide you in and out, and are always available, be cautious of your vehicle size. The positive of this point though is you really are in a secluded place, and the description of being close to the beach is very true, not even a 20-30 second walk from your bedroom and you’re at the ocean, the pool and garden were so nice tho, we mainly spent our time there listening to the waves and relaxing. The reviews that praise the caretakers, Das & Goutham are so true, they are excellent, and make sure to have at least one meal by them, amazing! They truly elevated this homestay experience
Thiis place is highly recommended for families who wish to spend quality time together. The beach is a minute’s walk, property has complete privacy & the support staff are really helpful.

**A Perfect Family Getaway**
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa near the beach with our family, including parents and kids.
The villa was maintained well and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The pool was excellent, offering a refreshing escape, and the background garden was simply amazing, creating a serene environment to relax in. Beach access was incredibly convenient, just a short less-than-a-minute walk away, which was perfect for our family.
While the drive to the villa is a bit challenging for the last 200 meters due to narrow roads, it becomes much easier the second time around. This minor inconvenience was quickly forgotten given the overall quality of our stay.
A special mention goes to the caretaker, who took excellent care of us. His attentiveness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. He’s a great chef and cooks everything perfect !!
Overall, we would definitely prefer to come back again.
As mentioned in their description the villa is right by the beach. We were a party of 7 and had a great time for 3 days. The place was as described and well maintained. Our care taker and his 2 assistants were the best I have ever had. We enjoyed all the Goan delicacies and other Indian food they made for us. They also maintained the general area clean all the time and gave us all the privacy we needed.

One of the best villa in Goa and felt like home. Caretaker and Chef were amazing. Helped us throughout our stay and were amazing with their service. They also provided amazing food. Definitely to go for villa whenever you visit.

It has been a great experience staying at this place. The host, manager and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Caretaker two other staff (very helpful but I am unable to recall the name) were always on their toes to help us. They make scrumptious food and are very cordial. I love the fact that the check in was so smooth with no interference of the host at any point of time. The place has good cutlery and also has bbq set up (on request and at an additional cost) so you can party without concerns. They honestly do whatever you would reasonably ask for and have been super polite. My friends and I had a great time and we would definitely recommend this place to others.
Our stay at Villa had both highlights and drawbacks.
Location – The villa is at the end of a narrow, winding road, almost on the beach, offering stunning views and sunsets but making it difficult to reach by car—bikes are better.
**Service**: host arranged everything well, and caretaker, with his two assistants, provided excellent, pleasant, and obliging service, ready to prepare meals or go shopping.
**Amenities**: The villa has a swimming pool, but the difficult access can be a disadvantage. Not allowed for hosting unregistered guests or inviting outsiders.
**Overall Experience**: Despite the location challenges, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning, thanks to the beach proximity and excellent service from caretaker and his team.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The check-in process was seamless, and everything was perfectly prepared to meet our requests. Being a large group, we were initially concerned about coordination, but the caretakers exceeded our expectations. They were always on their toes, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. It genuinely felt like a home away from home!
