Meals can be provided for an additional charge. Barbecue kits can also be made available for an extra charge.
This Villa also has a dining area with a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The dining table can seat about eight people and has an air conditioner.
The bedrooms are well furnished. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two are on the first floor. All the three bedrooms have attached bathrooms with the necessary toiletries, geysers and towels. There is one powder room on the ground floor.
All Three of the bedrooms have King size beds, wardrobes and beautiful furnishings. The bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor have an extra foldable bed. The bedroom on the ground floor also has a television.
There are balconies on the first floor that overlook the beautiful surrounding hills and paddy fields. It has seating arrangements for two people. This Villa also has a terrace!

All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

Security Deposit
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Please note that guests do not have access to the Balaji Idol area. Additionally, guests are not allowed to smoke around that area.
- In case of a power outage, the 62.5 KVA generator can support a few lights for up to 4 hours.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- No breakable glasses, crockery or cutlery is allowed near the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.
- For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
- If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.

Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
