Amazing stay and fabulous view with a private pool right on anjuna beach . Location of the property is great. Caretakers BalBahadur & team were very cordial and cooked great meals for us.

Our villa was very comfortable, it had all the necessities. Breakfast was good. Our caretaker, Ramesh was very helpful and quick in everything we asked for. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others. It’s a little difficult to find as there are 5 other villa’s with the same name in google map/GPRS. Best option is to reach Cafe Coffee Day in Candolim and then call caretaker for further directions.

Clean rooms. All accessories were in place. Good staff. Decent breakfast.

Главное- дружелюбный персонал, который своевременно реагировал на все просьбы, и близкое расположение пляжей с чистым морем, вкусным банановым Ласси. По нашей просьбе был приглашен профессиональный массажист, который нам помог с некоторыми проблемами здоровья. Спасибо всем! Ждите нас ещё!

We have stayed at a lot of places in Goa – hotels, villas and service apartments. Quite spacious as one would want for relaxation and partying. Thank you to the caretaker(Lalu) for being very helpful and available most of the times. Almost everything was in place as expected apart from the wifi and a bit of repairs required in the hall. Pool is not private and not maintained. Overall excellent value for money and good privacy. Would visit again soon.

Liked the stay. the staff is very supporting and prompt. Caretaker Mr. Romharsh, was always ready to be helpful. The cleaning staff were also very well mannered. Entire villa and the place is really nice and soothing and conducive to positive vibes. The location of villa is really nice. All the fun beaches are on max 10 mins distance.

This place is full paisa vasool in terms of everything (location, amenities, cleanliness etc.) Swimming pool is clean, wifi is good, it is sufficiently furnished with every facility in the kitchen. It is in the centre of the North Goa so convenience is just amazing. Whatever we asked for was provided. Two wheeler rentals are also very close. Overall, 10/10 in terms of value for money.

Where to start,well right from the begining the host helped me out with everything. Also provided daily çleaning which was unexpected since everywhere else it was on alternate days. From the pool to the villa, everything was clean and all the appliances in the villa were in perfect working condition. me and my friends had an amazing time for 5 days that we stayed there. location was also very convenient, only about a km from the beach, which was the best part since we could go to the beach whenever we wanted. Mr romharsh, who manages the property was always available for any kind of help. Great experience.

We stayed in a villa. The stay is wonderful and the team is very supportive. There is noone of interfere your privacy and you get to enjoy to the fullest.

The place is excellent, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean. The caretaker is very helpful, friendly and quick to help. The pool is clean and fun to hang out in with friends and there places to hang out and chill. Candolim beach is also pretty close. Overall great experience. But *please* check the number of guests that you select multiple times, before booking. The Airbnb UI and the details on the property listing make getting the number wrong and having to pay extra likely.

It’s a great property located at a beautiful location. It’s opposite Dona Sylvia- Novotel which ads up to its attraction. Also, do not miss the river front at the extreme end inside the gated community. It’s close to a beach which is clean and well maintained.

Great on host, location, cleanliness, facilities, access and very thoughtful of host to have kept basic fruits, milk and other eateries which helped us a lot when we came in. Highly recommended. Thanks for hosting us Pranay.

It’s a great place to stay in. The villa has a caretaker who did a great job helping us on our stay. The villa itself is big and nice. The pool was enjoyable. Beds and bathrooms were clean. WiFi was a little inconsistent, but not a big deal since we were outside most of the time. The area itself is pretty decent. It’s about a 30 min walk to the beach or a couple minutes by car or moped.

If you are on a group trip, this place is gonna make your trip rememberable.

The villa was just perfect for our group and we really enjoyed our stay. The meals were excellent and the staff was absolutely lovely. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay, with staff on hand to cook and clean. The familyt loved having rooms ranged around the pool in a large private compound full of greenery. Location was good, with a leisurely walk to the beach past various shops and restaurants on the way.

Place- amazing property, if your group has water babies, this is the place. lovely pool right in the middle of the property. Spacious rooms. my grandmother had a good time as she did not have to climb any stairs. Staff- Very helpful and happy staff right from Bernice who handled our reservation to the Chef and his wife Challenge – some part of the villa was under construction so we were a little cautious and worried as we had young kids and a dog with us. ~2km from the beach. Very nice place!
