Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property
Security Deposit
A security deposit of Rupees 20,000 is collected before check-in and refunded within 3 to 5 working days of check-out.
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences
Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per our Company regulations:
1. If the guest wishes to cancel before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
2. For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
3. Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.

One of best stays i had in goa. villa was stunning. staff were excellent . Location was close to all the nice happening places. Stay went out of the way for us in arranging things. i have lactose intolerance so they arranged soy milk for me. These small small things is what makes the overall trip memorable. I am very happy and grateful overall. I am going to book again for sure.
We throughly enjoyed our staycation in the VillaMist team did an excellent job in coordinating and accommodating all of our requests.
Huge shoutout to caretaker for taking care of the house us, and for keeping the villa in pristine condition throughout our stay. He was very friendly and warm and made sure we felt right at home the moment we checked in. We will surely miss his amazing tea and Maggie.
Also, chef and his team did a brilliant job in cooking delicious custom meals for us. The BBQ experience was out of the world. They were able to accommodate every request and dietary restrictions.
The hospitality, attention to detail, and the beautiful villa made the entire experience truly luxurious.

If you’re here reading the reviews, just book it. We went for my son’s birthday and it was a family trip. The Villa is beautifully designed, very neat and comfortable. We had all age group people and each one of us enjoyed the stay. It’s very near to the main beaches.
We got late in checking in and my last minute request to prepare high tea and snacks was taken care of. Our slightly late check out was also accommodated. Our caretaker was exceptional in his services considering we stayed mostly in the Villa and this guy always had a smile on his face. You do get a 5 star service in all aspects I would say.
I wouldn’t give it a second thought if I were you. Book it now !

Great place to Stay. But the Pool isn’t heated & the water is freezing even in the Daytime because there is not much Sunlight in the pool area. Also, the Pillows are not very Comfortable..Too Spongy. Some combination of feather pillows & Soft Foam pillows would have been better.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
