Security Deposit
We charge a security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- at check-in, which is refundable on check-out.
Confirmation Policy
25% non-refundable advance at the time of booking
The full amount is payable 6 weeks before the check-in date
We do not accept cash payments and cash deposits

- Outsourced services are available at extra charges – Airport transfer / Sightseeing tours / Party Planning / Babysitting / Massage / Yoga Classes.
- Assistance is available at no extra charge for grocery shopping once a day.
- Guests are requested not to assign any duties to the housekeeping staff who are under instruction from the guest house manager.
- No outside / third-party vendor or caterer is allowed to use any of the utilities eg.- crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, or LPG.
- The timings for breakfast are 9 AM to 12 Noon. Post 12 noon, the breakfast would be additionally chargeable at Rs. 550 per person.
If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then full amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is done within 7 days of arrival, then full amount will be charged.
