What a truly amazing villa!
Nothing beats waking up to the ocean view in the morning. My family and I had an amazing time at the Ocean Heights. A special thanks to Sidhu the house manager and his team for their unbelievable service to us all. Can’t wait to come back again!

The villa is beautiful and the views are fantastic. The hosts are extremely accessible and did make sure that it was a comfortable stay. The rooms are extremely spacious and each has a balcony that has breathtaking views.
Its a great place for a friends trip or a family trip.
All in all its great value for money if you aren’t concerned about a villa having beach access but want a luxurious stay with great views and a private pool
Having visited Goa some 50 times already, I never thought the city has anything new to offer. But a stay with my family with villa Goa was a refreshing novelty.
The property is true to what’s advertised. It’s spacious, contemporary, fun and luxurious. The sunset view is stunning given it’s elevated structure and proximity to the sea; so much so that it took away the charm from our Thalassa visit on the trip. The TT table and pool table are in mint condition and can turn a hot afternoon into a load of fun.
We were 10 of us on the trip; the five rooms were perfectly large for all of us to live in comfort.
Definitely recommend a stay here if traveling in a group!
This place is everything and more as advertised. Great view, very spacious, great pool area. restaurants and bars are easily accessible from the villa.
An amazing place to stay. We went there with our family after getting married in mumbai, couldnt have asked for a better place to celebrate first week of marriage with family and friends.
The villa is better than photos, space and room for all and even when friends came over was a peaceful and spacious envionment.
I recommend this villa very highly; if you want to have a week of bliss and tranquillity go here.

Amazing place to chill out make sure your there for the sunrise , spacious rooms, clean and well maintained and definitely a place to visit when in Goa.
Two minutes on to the property and we already wanted to extend our stay! It’s a beautiful home which was perfect for our group of 7. We didn’t feel like stepping out at all, especially given that we had only a day there. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and cooked amazing Goan food for us. They were very hospitable. The place is squeaky clean and equipped with all amenities you could need !
Two expat families, 5 adults and 4 children – we had a brilliant time here!! Loads of room and common spaces and we never once felt cramped! Beautiful pool and views – brilliant location! Will definitely recommend to all!
I stayed here with my family, and I would say, it was most memorable trip I ever had. Space is outstanding, even more beautiful in person. Very clean, tidy and such a peaceful place. we didn’t felt like we were away from home. I would like to come back to this place again for sure. Jay was very helpful, and there were servants also who were very helpful and friendly.

The villa and the views are even better than what the pictures have captured. It’s an amazing place with very comfortable stay and lots of open spaces to hangout as groups. We even used the cooking services (which Jay recommended) and the cook (Bablu) was an excellent choice, we ended up eating all the meals at home as everyone in the group loved the food. Two bedrooms have such an awesome view that we had a take a draw to decide who in the group gets those rooms 🙂

It was a last minute decision to book this villa. I was really concern about the location and amenities but I was really happy after I saw they have a private pool with a view. It was amazing and staff was good really kind enough to cook us snacks. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come here again

Super clean and few minutes away from the Calangute.
Better then living on the beachside.. this villa offers a 180 degree panoramic view of Ocean and some part of the river channel. Beautiful Jungle just behind the villa. You get to see Dolphins jumping in the sea. 4 of the 5 Bedrooms have stellar view… The couple of the bathrooms contains Jacuzzi tubs. Hot water 24 hours.. King size beds and all the amenities needed. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances needed. pool side Barbeque is great.
If i get a chance to host my next party.. surely will be in one of the Jay’s Villa.. this is my second experience with him.. and he is the best

Everything was great. The staff Vinod, Goma, Raju and Shyam ( chef ) went terrific. Jay was really responsive. All of us had a great time. The dog too had a great time

Dolphin Heights is located at the top of the hill with panoramic ocean views. The house is beautifully decorated with king beds in every room and attached bathrooms. Jay was responsive and accommodated us ahead of checkin. Krishna ( caretaker) and his family stay at the property and made sure all our needs were met including daily breakfast and coffee. We stayed here with our family ( 4couples and 2 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this property for families and large groups looking for a peaceful retreat in Goa!
The house is huuuuge and the views are spectacular. Each room is spacious and has its own bathroom and most rooms have great views or a private balcony. The pool is lovely, and has 3 sunbeds with great views. We booked a chef for a day and had a delicious breakfast and dinner, would recommend doing this. The house would surely be comfortable for the max of 14 people, based on the number of living areas (we were 10 people). Good place for a relaxing stay hanging poolside with family or friends.
We had an amazing stay here. There were 13 of us and we felt there was plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy the home. Great view from the private pool and from the many balconies. Krishna and his wife went above and beyond for us, they even prepared delicious meals for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate location and close to all the local activities. It is located at the hill’s summit and thus we had the best view of the sea and the valley. Location and the home design is amazing. I wish I stayed there for couple of more days as, the house has a lot to give and I was not able to give justice to the home in just 2 days.
Will recommend to enjoy the early morning tea in the balcony, infinity pool swimming in rain or shine as it is a whole different experience to enjoy both with the panoramic sea and valley view.
Overall 5 star experience. Loved it! Highly recommended.

The place was very good for stay, perfect location beautiful view and beautiful place for relaxing weekend in Goa. Swiggy and Zomato are delivering in this location, We totally enjoyed our weekend there and it was a perfect place for watching sunrise/sunsets chilling in the pool.
