If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to arrival, a credit note is provided in the case of resale at the same rate and if the rate is less, then the difference is deducted from the credit note.

Cozy place
We are very happy with our stay. The staff, Hemraj and Amod are very polite, helpful and respond instantly. All facilities and amenities are present. The villa is very clean, spacious and well maintained. Thank you Fatema and Hemraj for a great service will visit again.

And at the time of check out we found out our kids have broken the table top glass and to cover up they have thrown shattered glass unfortunately for there luck the cleaning boys found out and informed us, the way management manage it was very pleasant they did not over charged us for the glass, we payed the fair price.
Over all a good place for family, I would recommend it.

The private pool was a highlight, offering a serene and secluded environment surrounded by lush greenery.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly hospitable and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The villa was immaculately clean, and the daily breakfast service added a nice touch to our mornings.
Overall, I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat in North Goa. It truly made our trip special!
