Upon entering through the north-facing entrance, you’ll be captivated by the allure of the Portuguese era, showcased through the expansive verandah and exquisite mother-of-pearl window frames.

Inside, you’ll discover a spacious air-conditioned living area adorned with comfortable seating arrangements and a charming quarter table, perfect for relaxation, engaging conversations, or indulging in card games. The adjacent dining hall features an elegant table and seating arrangement for ten guests, offering mesmerizing views of the private pool, a true feast for the eyes.

The villa comprises three bedrooms connected to the dining hall, two of which feature spacious attics with additional double beds, making them ideal for families with children or extra adult guests. Each bedroom in the house is tastefully furnished with a large double bed, an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, a TV, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The larger bedrooms even include study desks, providing a convenient workspace if needed.

With four out of five bedrooms located on the ground floor and an additional bedroom on the first floor, Villa Majestic is exceptionally family-friendly and  serves as an excellent choice for large families, gatherings, or corporate events. Additionally, there is an adjacent six-bedroom villa, allowing for a combined total of eleven bedrooms and thirteen double beds, accommodating up to twenty-five people and creating an ideal setting for crafting unforgettable memories.

Conveniently located by just a 10 to 15-minute drive from Assagao, Vagator, and Candolim beaches, and approximately 40 minutes from the airports, Villa Majestic offers a prime location for exploring the beauty of Goa. ID
All guests or visitors have to provide ID and if the stay is more than 4 hours then charges of rupees 500 per person for facility utilization up to maximum villa occupancy (more to be approved in advance)

Security Deposit
A ​​security deposit of Rupees 20,000 is collected during check-in which is refunded during check-out

Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance

If cancellation is done 30 days prior to arrival, guests are subject to a full refund. (except long weekends and peak dates).

If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to arrival, a credit note is provided in the case of resale at the same rate and if the rate is less, then the difference is deducted from the credit note.
