The villa is located in the heart of town, just a few minutes’ drive from the gorgeous Vagator Beach and Ozran Beach. You can easily visit famous spectacular beaches of Goa (Calangute, Anjuna, Morjim, Candolim to mention just a few), enjoy the nightlife, gourmet visits, do local shopping in high-class boutiques, and also visit bars, cafes, and restaurants of the nearby areas. There are several restaurants nearby offering traditional Goa cuisine, delicious fresh fish, bakeries, breakfast, snack bars and cafes as well as themed events, colorful club scene with live concerts, lounge bars and cocktails.

Villa Turtle is a comfortable, colonial, beautiful villa. It is constructed, renovated and preserved with high exigencies, love and care to detail. The villa has two levels- ground and first floor. It can accommodate up to 12 guests.

On the ground floor level, there is a living room, a sitting room, the main kitchen, the dining area, a bedroom with an attached bathroom. The living room is large with enough space for ventilation and sliding doors. From the entrance of the house, we step into a space that serves as a sitting room with dining room behind. This space is lavishly decorated with tables, sofa, widescreen television, dining table with chair, armchairs and multipurpose benches.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a large closet where you can store all your important belongings. The bathroom is completely fitted with a shower and necessary bathroom utilities. Being accessible by several openings from the courtyard, the living room serves as the perfect space for freshening down from heat in comfort and coziness.

The main kitchen is located on the ground level. It is well equipped, having more than enough area for storing beverages and foods and for cooking delicious meals. It has counters, pantry, cupboards, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, convection oven, mixer, squeezer, etc. It also contains a variety of serving and cooking utensils and horde of collections of dishes.

There is a small staircase in the sitting room that leads to the first floor. It consists of four bedrooms, all of which holds a double bed, wall television and en-suite bathroom and also built-in closets.

The bedrooms are comfy, bright and airy and each has two openings, one offering a beautiful pool view and another one leading to a large verandah with unhindered views to the sea, the property and the surroundings of Vagator. All the bathrooms are fully equipped with all necessary utilities. There is a small hall space on the first floor with a door that ensures quietness and privacy when relaxing here.

Private pool and spacious well-maintained garden are two precious gems of this villa for rent.

Being one among the few high scale properties in the area, the Villa Turtle provides more than the expectation of guest: the high standard building, true privacy, completely quiet and peaceful, surrounded by a luxuriant landscape, an inspiring infinity pool, and sufficient car parking space. Security Deposit
A ​​security deposit is payable at the time of check in equal to One Days Tariff (or INR 20,000/- whichever is higher)
Any loss caused to any item in the rooms or any other place on the property shall be charged, as per the rate decided by the Management.

Other Rules

• Pool Timing 8 AM to 10 PM – No Exceptions. – The pool will be closed form 10 PM to 8 AM for Filtration.
• Guests are requested not to leave any CASH or VALUABLE including Electronic gadgets, in the room. Strictly no claims shall be entertained in this regard. The electronic safe is provided in each room for your convenience only, without any safety guarantees.
• An item such as weapons AND any objects that may cause bodily injury is strictly not allowed in the Room/ Hotel Premises.
• Management will not be responsible for any THEFT or LOSS in the room.
• Please share the exact guest count to avoid embarrassment and confusion. Unaccounted / Surprise guests are not welcome at our property, please refrain from doing so.
• Cooking by Guests is strictly not allowed. There is a paid cook-on-call service available if guests prefer to have their meals at the property.
• Laundry service will strictly be from 8.00 am to 10.00 am, chargeable as per the item.
• Other Service/s, if any, at the rooms will be available only until 10.00 pm.
• Rent a car/ bike facility is available at the Reception, without any risk/ liability to the Management.
• All miscellaneous payments must be made in Cash before Check Out. No Check payments are allowed. Strictly No Credit Facility allowed.
• Smoking is allowed in the outdoors and open areas only. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the villa.
• The right of admission Reserved is subject to the discretion of the Management.
• All reservations are subject to availability and Management’s sole discretion. Stags please excuse, we prefer couples or families.
• Management is not responsible for any Deeds, Acts, Adventure, Accidents, etc. of the guests during their stays.
• Requests for extra linen/towels should be made before 6.00 pm. Extra linen/towels will be charged extra.
• In case of any illegal activity noticed or reported, it shall lead to immediate action, by the law enforcement agency, without any liability to the Management, Further, it shall also entitle the Management to direct the Guest/s to clear all pending docs and Check-out, forthwith.
• All disputes are subject to Goa Jurisdiction only.
