Beautiful place to stay at- really good location in Assagaon. Close to most new places. Rooms are nice and large, pool is pretty good.
Parking is limited to one car and is pet friendly.
Proper kitchen and utensils to cook, also tv & Internet is available.
So overall an amazing place to stay at if your going with a large group of friends.
It’s inside a compound with multiple bungalows and is gated so pretty safe at night.

3 bedroom villa was exactly how it’s in photos and described. Well kept and tastefully done with all amenities. Pool and surroundings were very well maintained, which sometimes is very difficult in the rainy seasons. Kitchen had everything that you needed – from glasswares to tablewares and so on. Aktar, care taker of the villa, is a star – super helpful and very efficient.
The only grouse we had was, there was some work happening right outside our door and it was noisy at times. We weren’t aware of it until we reached there.
We will wholeheartedly definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a very nice stay in Goa closer to many happening party places.

Hidden Gem, with all the privacy you need. The place, the staff, the host are exceptional. This place is a safe and secure wonderland, you can have a blast if your off course respectful to your neighbours especially at night. I’d be coming back to this place for sure. The host gave us incredible offbeat recommendations to eat, chill, party.
It’s a great place, with plenty of common spaces to relax. The location is pretty good with multiple cafe’s and restaurants within a 10-15 min drive.
Rooms were clean and there was a staff member always available at the property.
Only thing I couldn’t enjoy was the swing in the master room balcony as it was broken. I hope it gets fixed for the next guest.

We loved this villa! It is well located and easy to find yet private and peaceful. It is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The pool area is a great spot to hang out and chill. Akhtar, the caretaker, is the kindest soul you’ll meet and will help you with all your needs during the stay. Jairaj is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

First and foremost, thanks a lot to Aktar, our housekeeper for the time of the stay. Aktar is the kindest, most polite and resourceful caretaker I could’ve imagined. He made us at home right from the first step we took into the house. Above all he made sure we do not feel uncomfortable while also making sure that everyone is safe and abiding by the house rules.
The property was magnificent. The beds were perfectly comfortable while the entire living area was made to fill you up with joy and life. The attention to detail was the most important part though. The extra towels near the pool, the board games and the Jacuzzi all felt like a warm hug.
