Villa has three large bedrooms with attached bathrooms, one single bedroom, dining room, Living room & private garden with a swimming pool overlooking tranquil river which would be the perfect place for parties and getting together.

There is a large garden with parking for three cars (one is covered and two are open), security cabin and staff quarter at the entrance of the property. House has three entrances for the additional comfort of guests and visitors. One entrance for staff is located in the back door of the kitchen to provide uninterrupted service. Main entrances lead to dining hall and lavish sitting area.

The seating room is spacious and ensure that everyone can join and relax in the well-designed interior of the house. A cozy sofa set with a sitting arrangement for 8 to 15 guests is located in a well air-conditioned room. There are two powerful AC units. The south side of the room leads to the private swimming pool overlooking a beautiful river when the opposite side boasts a koi fish pond with an artificial fountain. Watching tranquil waters of the pond and the river is very relaxing and will take worries and stress away. The East side of the hall leads to one bedroom on the ground floor and has a staircase to the top floor bedroom.

The dining area of ​​the property is large and spacious, it has a round table with 8 chairs, antique sofa, and two chairs set and 2 ac. The room has attached a powder room, kitchen, verandah with outdoor furniture by the pool. Your memorable evening will be spent here. There is a staircase leading to the first floor where one more double bedroom is located. This wing hosts also has a small room with a single bed, ac and attached bathroom. This room can be used to accommodate an elder kid or a single traveler and to provide a better comfort than just an extra bed.

The Kitchen of this villa is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware. Skillful cook and well-trained housekeeping staff will provide top-nosh service to valuable guests.
