Acceptance of Terms
By using the VillaGoa.in platform, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal right to agree to these terms.

Booking a Villa
When you book a villa, you agree to the Terms and House Rules set by the villa for that reservation. Please go through all the House Rules of the property before confirming your booking to ensure you comply with the specific rules and requirements of the villa.

Villa Availability and Token Payment
All villa bookings are subject to availability. To hold a villa, a token payment of ₹10,000 is required.

Please note that this token payment is not a confirmation of the villa’s final availability. In case of double bookings or an unlikely event that the villa is unavailable, the ₹10,000 token will be fully refunded within 48 hours.

Occupancy
The number of occupants must not exceed the limit set for each villa. Failure to comply may result in booking cancellation or additional charges.

Payment
You agree to pay the specified amount for your booking, including any extra charges when/if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Each villa has its own cancellation policy. Be sure to review and agree to it before making a reservation.

For payments made in international currencies, the refund amount (if applicable) will be based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.

User Behaviour
Do not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour on the Platform. This includes false information.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (such as images, text, and logos) is owned by VillaGoa.in and is protected by copyright law. You may not use this content for any commercial purposes without permission.
