Amazing place. Ten of us – classmates from school – descended into this tastefully done up place near Vagator beach. The place is ideal for about a dozen people with all the facilities to make a visit a memorable one. Whether it’s the room and the bathrooms or the very large living area cum-kitchen or the small swimming pool or the sit-out or the garden and the verandah – there is nothing to complain about. The Bluetooth enabled JBL speakers were put to great use by our group – we played some great retro music and danced to relive our younger days.
The caretaker was of great help. His “never say no” attitude and prompt help and service makes the stay absolutely hassle-free. The great tasting starters that he and his team added great pep to the two evenings that we spent at the property.
Lastly, the place is walking distance to some good eating joints and to the Vagator beach. If you are looking at a more “happening” beach, Baga is just a 20 min drive.

This is without a doubt one of the best places I have stayed in Goa with a friends/family group. Right from the beginning the host was very nice in clearing doubts and making sure that we were all convinced on going ahead. We requested and host was very flexible for early check-in. Great staff too! Caretaker and the other helper boy were always proactive in providing us great service. Caretaker is a great cook, and one must definitely have his sandwiches. Both guys helped us in arranging things for the villa, cabs etc at all the times.
Location : Perfectly placed between Ozran & Vagator and all the party places and eating joints are walking distance. One can enjoy all night music in the villa as there is complete privacy. It’s easy to reach location and feels safe during anytime.
Villa is very well maintained and is great places for a group of friends or family.We had an amazing stay, thanks to the host for keeping us at comfort all the times. Would love to be back here!
Wonderful stay , especially for a bunch of Senior Citizens like us. The caretaker and the cook were both very helpful and took care of all our needs and requirements, including getting food for us from a number of nearby restaurants. The host, with whom we interacted right from the time we confirmed our booking took care of not just our needs, but also our wants. As an example, when we asked him how far was the beach from his villa, he actually went from the Villa to the beach in his car and filmed the entire journey and sent it to us. He also arranged for transport from and to the Airport ( and railway station ) at very reasonable cost…….. all in all we “oldies” had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Oh, just one more thing, for a few of us with difficulty in walking to the beach, the caretaker arranged for a vehicle to take them to the beach and bring them back after a couple of hours at a very nominal cost.

This place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. The pool is very beautiful and had a calming aura. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! (10 minutes walk to Vagator Beach). The host was very accommodating and helpful letting us check in early and always was checking on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The in-house chef and team were really helpful and cooked great food .

Perfect place to have a stay if you are travelling in a group of 10-15 people and want quiet and private place to stay in Vagator. The vicinity has one best beach shacks and party places.
Staff is very hospitable and available at your service whenever you require.. Just loved the experience of staying at such a great property!!
