This place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and clean. To top it all off the caretaker, Anmol was extremely caring and a wonder cook. He was respectful towards us and he made us feel right at ease! The bathrooms were gorgeous and the tiny details in every room and kitchen were so well thought of. I visited this place with my husband, mom and sister – they all lovvveeddd every bit of their stay. Thank you for hosting us!

The villa was perfect for a long weekend stay for three couples. It’s well appointed and has all the amenities you could ask for. Anmol and the caretaking team were absolutely brilliant. The food was excellent in the morning and the chai too. Highly recommend for a place to unwind and relax by or in the pool. Will come back when visiting Goa
A place just out of magazine !! What a classy interiors they had!! We were simple awestruck by the place and facilities they had provided!! The kitchen was damn good !! The place was is very neat and clean and the caretaker Anmol took great care!! Each and every corner was outstanding!! I am definitely going to visit them again!! It’s worth every penny

The property is strategically situated, providing convenient access to various activities and a plethora of excellent dining options (try The Second House, Avo’s Kitchen) . I recommend inquiring with Nilesh for car rental if needed, as he provides a commendable level of service.

We had a memorable stay at Villa Lasit. The place was spic and span when we checked in and was better than what was shown in pictures. The place was cleaned properly everyday and towels were replaced. The place even had a generator with auto start/stop which ensured electricity supply whenever there was interruption in supply from the electric utility.
Anmol, the caretaker was very helpful and turned out to be a great cook. He prepared lovely Indian food, specially stuffed parathas, idli-sambhar, daal and vegetables. He also arranged taxi for us and was always available whenever we wanted. Many lively restaurants are close to the place. I would stay again on my next visit to Goa. My only suggestion to Jairaj is to install a water pressure pump to enhance bathing experience.

Everything was excellent. Highly recommend. Anmol who manages the villa was very personable and helpful. My son contracted an ear infection while we were there and he went to buy medicine for us unprompted. Can not recommend him and the villa, cleaning staff, amenities, highly enough.
we had a wonderful stay of 5 nights at this beautiful TBK villa property. the caretaker Anmol was always available at a moments notice and cooked us fantastic meals. Jairaj is a fantastic host who is responsive and prompt.

Fantastic location for a group looking to explore northern Goa. Short drive away from restaurants, bars, spas, beach, etc. The villa itself was pristine, luxurious and picturesque and in fact exceeded expeditions prior to arrival. It was cleaned everyday and a special mention has to go to our caretaker who was available and attentive to any of our questions/concerns. He cooks great food too!
Hands down, one of the most beautiful homes we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. Soothing interiors, decor, amenities – ideal for a staycation. We loved starting our day here and returning to the place in the evenings after a long day outside. The caretaker Anmol is a gem – he’s an amazing chef besides being helpful and proactive in every way. We absolutely loved all the breakfasts and dinners he made us. He also recommended a taxi service which turned out to be great as well. Overall, it was as perfect a family vacation as it can get! Don’t hesitate to splurge on this place. You won’t regret it.

I would definitely recommend this place to all travelers who are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Goa. The villa was exactly as how its shown in photos. A special shout out to the caretaker Anmol who was just wonderful. His delicious breakfasts made our stay even more wonderful. He was extremely helpful in everything. We had a fantastic holiday, the Villa is huge and beautiful, the caretaker – Anmol went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He is a great cook, we loved everything he made for us. It felt right at home.
We were there for my husband’s birthday and were 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The place was just perfect for us. The photos don’t do justice to the place. Jairaj, was very helpful not only with recommendations but also helped me connect to a reliable cab driver, arrange for a self drive car for the stay and so on. Anmol, the caretaker was amazing with the food and getting groceries and fruits for the kids and also adding bits of advice on things to do. Overall, it was. A great stay and hope to come back again.
If you are a group of friends who want to have a great time, look no further than this villa. Peaceful and spacious place with great pool to chill in afternoons before you head out in the evening. Great accessibility – Little Vagator is 10-15 mins drive, most new restaurants are in the same radius. Finally, the house help – Anmol was amazing – cooked us awesome breakfasts to quench our hangover as well as helpful with getting any small items from close-by shops.
The place was amazing and especially the caretaker who took great care of us and also my two dogs who felt right at home. Would highly recommend anyone with pets to stay here. Will be back again.
Came here to relax just for a day and i regret not staying back at this beautiful villa. This is one of the best properties in Goa and worth every penny spent. Every corner of the villa was extremely clean and the interior of this is villa is just insane! Apart from this, the caretaker at the property is an extremely helpful guy and always ready to help us! He even helped us with the groceries and made breakfast for us. Anything you like, Anmol was ready to make it! His hospitality levels up this place.

Oh, what a beautiful place to spend your vacation! The villa looked even better in real life than in the photos. It was fully stocked with every necessary amenity, and if you needed something, the caretaker, would get it done instantly. We loved the place, and if we stay up north in Goa again, this is where we will be staying. You can book this without any second thoughts!
As we spent Diwali there, the host had sent a delicious cake from one of the best bakeries in Goa for the Diwali celebrations. The house was beautifully lit, and the pool was decorated for Diwali. When you are here, make sure to have the poori aloo curry by caretaker for breakfast– it was mouthwatering and delicious. There is also a speaker and mic, which we used for a karaoke night on Diwali evening. Overall, an amazing stay and well worth it!
We were a set of 6 friends who stayed in the house and it was comfortable and relaxing. The house is tastefully done & clean. The pool is clean as well. The linen and other amenities are of good quality. The cutlery and kitchen appliances were great too.
Overall great ambience – was made even better with the hospitality provided by the caretaker. He never said no to anything and always whipped up delicious meals on demand.
